Right now you can apply by calling Autumn Chase and requesting an application be FAXed or mailed to you. You can call Autumn Chase at (860) 872-1000 or toll free at (800) 266-7080 ext 135004.
Also, if you prefer, you can download a copy of our application in Excel format by CLICKING HERE. Print this out and FAX it to (860) 872-0115 and then mail the originals along with a $100 check for the application fee to:
Your application will not be processed until your $100 payment is received.
If your application is approved, then the $100 initial deposit will go towards your first month's rent. If for some reason your application is not approved, you will receive $50 back. Finally, you'll forfeit the entire $100 if your application is approved, an apartment is reserved on your behalf and then you back out later on.
